Please pray that I will not have any complications nor setbacks nor infection nor pancreatitis from outpatient surgery I will be having at uva this friday Oct 30th for an EU and possible ercp procedure. Pancreatitis can be a very real complication especially if I have to have ercp. If eu only is done that would lessen this risk. Thank you to everyone who has been praying for me. Ive made it this far. Now this eu and possible ercp has to be done to save my life. I must say im so nervous abt this when I should have absolute peace with it. Without this procedure, I cannot live unless God performs a miracle for me. Im ok he is using the gastroenterologist at uva to help me. I haven't been in a hospital for a stay or surgery since 1980 and I will be 3 hrs away from my family though I will have a wonderful friend with me to see me through this and do the driving. I live in a rural town only 2 hrs from Lynchburg and dont want to get home and have complications. We are leaving Thursday and coming back Saturday if all goes well. Please pray for safe travel mercies. There will be another surgery in probably Feb or March depending upon what is found friday. This oct 30th surgery is necessary to stabilize my health so I can make it to that next surgery which is to remove my gallbladder that is sick and diseased.
