Hello everyone! I hope it is okay to ask for prayer though we are not members of TRBC. We used to attend and we love it there! My husband leads worship at a little growing church in Forest, a church that has a good balance of teaching the Word and being led of the Holy Spirit! This is good, but we need prayer.

Recently I came back from Maine where I helped my brothers sell our parents’ home. We had a rental house lined up, here in VA, but it turned out to be very very poor air quality. I was in the house two days and got very sick. My husband is a little more tolerant but not much. The people who own the house are acquaintances who are doing everything they can to help. (It was a foreclosure and they are renovating it into three units.) Our daughter and cats are still at the toxic house.

They have let us stay in their airbnb unit for $20 a night, but the weekends were already reserved for guests, so each weekend we are kicked out. At first, we thought the house would air out, and we put air purifiers in it, but it has not gotten any better. And now we are having a challenge getting another rental house because we have cats, and because our credit is still damaged due to the fact that we had two sets of renters who destroyed our home in Maine a few years ago, and we ended up losing it to the bank. All while suffering a severe health crisis…

Since leaving Maine, I moved eleven times in seven weeks, I have lived in my van two weekends, and we are now having some trouble finding a suitable rental.

We are pretty tired! If you have time, could you please ask the Lord to guide us and provide a suitable house? God knows what we need. Thank you all so much! Joanie Hileman

Please pray for me and my finances. I lost my full-time job in early September. Then I started working very part time as a CNA and got caught in an active COVID-19 outbreak. No I have COVID. I have shortness of breath. I have applied for temporary unemployment benefits but they are still needed fact finding information. In the meantime I'm about to get evicted, lose my vehicle, have my lights, phone, and internet turned off. I'm in dire straights. I believe the Lord will provide. I have had in interview for a remote job and if all goes well I would start work in December. Please pray that I get it and that the Lord would keep the wolves at bay and bring healing.
