My boyfriend is in jail waiting out his time and is dealing with mental issues as well! He is devoting his life to God! He spends his day around reading and praying. Has a little study group and work outs almost daily because of being diabetic! He’s trying to stay on Gods path and not relapse when he does get out but he has a bit yet. Please pray that when court comes in a few weeks that God is in control of his future! Only HE knows what the timing means and when he’s ready to be out to continue serving our Almighty! We have been praying for months that this date next month answers our questions and we know what our future holds. But I ask for prayers for him because some days are harder then others. He’s never had someone outside like me to be there and help support him and not just walk away, even his family has. God and I are all he has and i swore that I would be here and December 22 will make a year he has been in there. Please lift him up in your prayers that he not only gets through this but God puts his hand on his shoulder and leads him into his fellowship inside to help other inmates as well. God bless you all! Amen Hello, I and my classmates have a math exam tomorrow, we would like for you to pray and keep us in our minds. I just wanted to thank God and my church’s family for praying for me to find a job. I start my new job on Monday. God sure does provide and He always makes a way! I ask for your prayers in healing my sister, she has alot going on right now and doctors can't find everything out of what's wrong, they can't find out where she is bleeding, please pray for God to show the doctors where it is. Also please pray for her family to be able to help take care of her the way she needs it. Tom Mason, diagnoised with cancer but we are trusting God that he will be healed by God through this pathway of healing that God has chosen for Tom. In Jesus' name Amen I am an LU alum, currently facing financial hardship. Though I've had promising interviews this past week, I'm struggling to meet my basic needs like rent and utilities, and I lack reliable transportation. I trust God's promise to provide for His children, to open doors for me to find a job that utilizes my skills, allows me to be a good steward of His blessings, grants me favor with potential employers, and gives me the strength to persevere through this challenging time. As I listened to today’s sermon, it was totally for me as have many others have been. I’ve been a Christian for nearly 70 years; know all the scriptures; know what it takes to follow Him, etc. etc. But I am so distracted and not focused on Him. I spend hours listen to audio books and playing games because it is what I feel like doing. I have given up having a daily connection to Him because I have always failed. What is needed is a real desire/want to “put away, purify, change”. Please pray for me as it almost seems like a “last chance” for me. Please pray for Chad P and his wife Amy. Chad is in his mid 30's with 3 young boys and was just diagnosed with Lymphoma. It is growing rapidly so he had to start chemo immediately. Please pray that God will heal him and comfort him and his family during this difficult time Please pray for my sister who has been in the hospital for over a week and the doctors can’t find where bleeding is coming from. They’ve done multiple procedures and she’s been in 2 different hospitals and still can’t figure it out. The only thing they have found is she has a high level of ammonia which can be life threatening. Sherri
