I also ask for prayers for my mother, who takes faithful care of my father. May she not become discouraged that another vacation might be cancelled due to my father’s health, and that she finds her source of joy in the Lord alone and is content during all times. I am asking for prayers for my husband. We found out that he has appendicitis earlier today and after a very long day he is now in surgery to have it removed. Pray for guidance for the doctors to do what is necessary to help him feel better. Please pray that everything goes as planned and has a smooth recovery.
