I had to "abandon" my home and now we are in need of a new place to live. A new "life threatening neighbor" moved in next door and hollers out "death threats" to us over the fence. At 65 yrs. old I am afraid and struggling. What and where do we go for safety? Also facing difficult financial struggles. How are we suppose to buy a new home? ( We put everything and paid so much for that house. Homes are "Not" selling in this area). Overwhelmed and stuck.
