I was raised near the ocean till in my early 20's. I was born in 61, I have been away from gods beautiful ocean since 2005. I have since been back 2x, and HV discovered how the ocean air, water and sand together make my back pain fade away. It must be the detoxification created by the minerals in the atmosphere while being there changes in my endorphins happen too while there. It's a healing I need daily. Plus I just simply LOVE THE OCEAN!
