Estranged from adoptive mother for 20 years due to her abusiveness. I was just notified (by police) on Saturday that she had passed. I pray she came to know Jesus! Struggling with the final closure on all of this (I have forgiven her long ago) but having bad memories of all the abuse that is coming up again with having to deal with her estate, my siblings, etc. I’m the only Christ-follower in my entire family so having a difficult time dealing with all the other family members and their anger, greed, etc. Please pray for strength and resolve for me, my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ!
