I am in UVA hospital in Charlottesville on Neuromuscular floor. After an emergency room appearance, I have been numerous testing and more to go I have been diagnosed with Stiff Man ( Person) syndrome. This is an extremely rare neuroimmunological disease that strikes only one out of every 1-2 million persons. There is no cure. I will be in the hospital for an extended time.
