 How to Establish a Life that Affirms:

1. Focus your THOUGHT LIFE.

2 Cor 10:5 (NIV)“…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”

Phil 4:8 (NIV)“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”

 

2. Hang with AFFIRMING PEOPLE.

Prov 13:20 (NIV)“He who walks with the wise grows wise, but a companion of fools        suffers            harm.”

 

3. Keep focused on your MISSION.

Acts 20:24 (NLT)But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the     mission assigned me by the Lord Jesus….”

2 Cor 5:20 (NIV)We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us…”
